About Lennox/Massell
The Lennox/Massell Companies was formed in 1986 by Wade Lennox and Roger Massell as a single tenant net lease boutique brokerage and investment company. Griffin Lennox, who joined the company in 2022, has over 10 years’ experience in the underwriting, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
We represent high net-worth individuals, developers, private investment companies, family offices and both private and public institutions in transactions based on their specific needs and requirements. Our business includes a large volume of 1031 tax deferred exchanges, as well as sale-leasebacks and portfolio sales.
Since founding the company, we have represented investors in the purchase and sale of over $1B of primarily single tenant retail, industrial, office and medical properties nationwide. We have represented properties leased to a wide variety of companies such as Home Depot, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Aldi, Chase, Chick-fil-A and many more.
Although our capabilities include marketing assets for sale on the open market, the majority of our transactions are on off-market properties, and are generated through our extensive relationships in the industry.
We feel as though our status as a small boutique firm allows us the ability to provide the personal, hands-on service our clients deserve. Clients will deal directly with Wade, Roger or Griffin throughout the entire investment process from providing opinion of value to closing.
